phtya Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and phtya ("phtya," "we," "us," "the platform"), the operator of phtya.best. By accessing phtya.best, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on any phtya game, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

phtya reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phtya will notify registered players via email and/or in-platform notification. Continued use of phtya following notification of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must stop using phtya immediately and contact support to close your account.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through phtya.best, including but not limited to: Slots, Tongits, Pusoy, Poker, Color Game, Sabong, live dealer tables, the phtya VIP Club, all promotions, and all bonus offers.

To register and use phtya, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. phtya strictly enforces this requirement in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations.
• You must be physically located within the Philippines, or in a jurisdiction where access to online gaming platforms is legally permitted.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, contractor, or close relative of phtya or any of its affiliated companies, technology providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have a current self-exclusion agreement active with phtya or any PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must register in your own true identity and must not register on behalf of any other person.

phtya reserves the right to require identity verification documents at any stage — including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when suspicious activity is detected. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one phtya account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a violation of these Terms. phtya uses technical detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. All accounts involved in a duplicate account situation may be permanently closed and any balances forfeited.

3.2 Account Registration

When registering at phtya, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, valid mobile number, date of birth, and a valid government-issued ID number. phtya does not accept registrations using false, incomplete, or borrowed identities.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

phtya is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify player identities — a process commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC). You will be required to submit verification documents when requested. Accepted documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (PhilSys ID, passport, SSS, GSIS, PRC, driver's license, or voter's ID), proof of address, and additional financial documents if required for high-value withdrawal requests.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting phtya support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing and KYC clearance. Accounts under active investigation may not be immediately closed.

phtya accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.

• Minimum deposit: ₱20 (may vary by payment method and promotion)
• All deposits are credited to your phtya wallet in Philippine Pesos (₱)
• phtya does not charge deposit transaction fees, though your payment provider may have their own fees
• Deposits made by methods other than those listed are not accepted and will be returned
• phtya reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits

Deposits are generally credited instantly. In rare cases involving bank transfer delays, processing may take up to 24 hours. If your deposit is not reflected within this window, contact phtya support with your transaction reference number.

phtya processes withdrawal requests to verified Philippine payment methods. To be eligible for a withdrawal, your account must have completed the KYC verification process.

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱50
• Standard processing time: under 5 minutes for GCash and Maya
• VIP Gold processing time: under 15 minutes
• VIP Platinum processing time: under 2 minutes
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your phtya account
• phtya reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving withdrawal requests
• Withdrawals of funds deposited but not yet wagered at least once may be subject to a processing review

5.1 Withdrawal Limits

Daily and weekly withdrawal limits apply and vary by account tier. Standard accounts have a daily withdrawal limit of ₱50,000. VIP members have higher limits — contact your account manager for details specific to your tier. If you need to withdraw an amount exceeding your limit, contact phtya support to arrange an extended withdrawal plan.

5.2 Failed Withdrawals

If a withdrawal fails due to an issue with your payment account — for example, a GCash account that is inactive or has reached its receive limit — phtya will return the funds to your phtya wallet and notify you. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment account is active and within its receiving limits before requesting a withdrawal.

phtya offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. The following general conditions apply to all phtya bonuses unless stated otherwise:

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses at phtya carry a wagering requirement — the total amount you must wager before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated on the total of the deposit plus bonus amount, unless stated otherwise. For example: a ₱500 deposit + ₱500 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must wager ₱10,000 in total before the bonus funds are withdrawable.

• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; card games such as Tongits and Pusoy contribute 20%; Sabong and Color Game contribute 50%
• Wagering contribution percentages are listed on the relevant bonus promotion page
• Bonuses must be claimed within the specified claim window — unclaimed bonuses expire automatically
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified timeframe — typically 14 days

6.2 Bonus Restrictions

phtya reserves the right to withdraw any bonus from an account if it detects misuse, including but not limited to: exploiting bet patterns designed purely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (known as "bonus abuse"), using VPN or proxy services, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and balances forfeited.

6.3 Welcome Bonus

New phtya players are eligible for a 100% first deposit match up to ₱3,000. This bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per IP address. The welcome bonus carries a 15x wagering requirement and must be completed within 21 days of being credited.

All games available on phtya are governed by individual game rules published within each game's interface. These Terms govern general conditions; specific game rules take precedence on game-specific matters.

7.1 RNG Certification

All phtya games that involve random outcomes use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been tested and certified by independent third-party testing laboratories. phtya publishes Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all RNG-based games. These figures represent long-run statistical averages and individual sessions may deviate significantly.

7.2 Bet Voiding

phtya reserves the right to void any bet or group of bets in the following circumstances: technical malfunction during a game round; human error in game setup; suspected fraud or collusion; bets placed in violation of these Terms; or circumstances outside phtya's reasonable control. If a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the player's wallet.

7.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at phtya and will result in immediate account suspension:

• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Use of automated betting software, bots, or artificial intelligence systems
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage
• Chip dumping or other forms of match manipulation in card games
• Any form of cheating, fraud, or deception directed at phtya or other players

The phtya VIP Club is a loyalty rewards programme open to all registered players. Membership is automatic — all registered players join at Bronze tier from the date of registration. VIP Points are earned on every wagered amount across all phtya game categories.

• VIP Points earn rates and tier thresholds are published on the VIP Club page
• VIP tier upgrades occur automatically when point thresholds are crossed
• Tier benefits — including cashback, rakeback, and withdrawal speed — are activated immediately upon tier upgrade
• VIP Points accumulate on a 12-month rolling basis and may expire after 12 months of inactivity
• phtya reserves the right to modify VIP Club benefit structures with 30 days' prior notice to affected members
• VIP benefits are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred to another account

phtya may revoke VIP status from any account found to be abusing the VIP programme, including using multiple accounts to accumulate points, or engaging in any of the prohibited activities listed in Section 7.3.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your phtya account credentials — including your username, password, and any linked OTP devices. phtya recommends the following security practices:

• Use a unique, strong password for your phtya account that you do not use elsewhere
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account security settings
• Never share your login credentials with any other person, including phtya support staff (phtya will never ask for your password)
• Log out of phtya when using shared or public devices
• Report any suspected unauthorized access to your account immediately

phtya uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmission and stores all player data in secured, encrypted databases. However, phtya cannot be held liable for unauthorized account access resulting from a player's failure to maintain reasonable security of their credentials. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact phtya support immediately — your account can be frozen instantly to prevent further unauthorized activity.

phtya is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We recognize that for a small number of people, gaming can become problematic. phtya provides a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools to help players maintain control:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss amount per day, week, or month
• Session Time Limits: Set alerts and automatic logouts when you've been playing for a specified duration
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from phtya for a minimum period of 6 months, up to 5 years or permanently

All responsible gaming tools are accessible directly from your phtya account settings without needing to contact support. Requests for self-exclusion are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

phtya collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and its implementing rules. The full details of how phtya collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data are set out in the phtya Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By registering at phtya, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to phtya's legal retention obligations under AMLA and PAGCOR regulations.

phtya will never sell your personal data to third parties. Player data is shared only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (payment processors, KYC verification services, and fraud detection systems) and with regulatory authorities as required by Philippine law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phtya's liability to any player is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's phtya wallet at the time of the relevant event. phtya is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or power outages on the player's side
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to secure their account credentials
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind
• Technical failures beyond phtya's reasonable control, including payment provider outages
• Financial decisions made by players based on gaming outcomes at phtya

phtya takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous, fair, and reliable service. In the event of a platform outage or service interruption that causes an in-progress game to fail, phtya will restore the bet amount to the player's wallet. Winnings from incomplete game rounds are not paid out.

phtya may update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes — those that significantly affect player rights or obligations — phtya will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email and/or in-platform notification before the new Terms take effect.

If you disagree with any changes to these Terms, you have the right to close your account before the new Terms take effect. Continuing to use phtya after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

14.1 Dispute Process

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your phtya account, please follow this process:

1. First, contact phtya support via email at support@phtya.best with full details of your complaint. phtya aims to resolve all complaints within 5 business days.
2. If you are not satisfied with phtya's response, you may escalate your complaint to PAGCOR through their official regulatory channels.
3. For disputes involving amounts greater than ₱50,000 that cannot be resolved through internal processes or PAGCOR mediation, the matter may be referred to formal arbitration proceedings under Philippine law.

phtya takes all player complaints seriously and maintains detailed records of all disputes and their resolutions. We aim to resolve the vast majority of complaints informally and quickly. Adversarial proceedings are a last resort that phtya works actively to avoid through fair initial resolution processes.
